Building construction is a combination of concrete, steel and wood frame. The Kingston Condominium building is one of the first to utilize “Truss Joist Silent Floor”, plus a Concrete Floor System, ensuring excellent sound and vibration control and maximum fire safety.

All walls are designed to significantly exceed the sound transmission ratings required by the Canadian Building Code.
